Kent suffered extensive damage to his home after the recent flooding. It was said that the damage will cost somewhere between 40K and 60K. As most of y’all know Kent is the kind of guy who will literally give you the shirt off of his back (and most likely purchase several more for you afterwards).
Kent has requested that we not make a “big deal” over this and I considered honoring that wish; however, he’s our friend and he needs some help so we’re going to do whatever we can to help him. In the near future we are also going to plan a day where we can go out to his house with basic tools and try to fix some of the damage ourselves.
